By accessing or using Code Collab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Code Collab provides a web-based, real-time collaborative coding environment for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We also offer an integrated AI assistant powered by Hugging Face models.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activity that would constitute a civil or criminal offense. You are solely responsible for all content, code, and chat messages you transmit or share within a collaborative room.
- Do not share malicious code or malware.
- Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Do not use the AI generation features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
4. "As Is" Service
Code Collab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We offer no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for lost code. Please use the "Download as ZIP" function frequently to backup your work locally.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Code Collab, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.
